I am a technology leader with 20 years of experience in software development, PLM, Configuration Management, CI/CD, and Open-Source governance. Over nine years at Ericsson, I worked with CM standard, PLM and PDM areas, including a release prototype that became a widely adopted auto deployment pipeline tool.
As Director of the Open Source Ecosystem at Volvo Cars, I founded and lead the OSPO, shaping strategy, policies, and ISO-aligned governance while driving cross-functional collaboration. Persistent and passionate, I turn complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions and explore emerging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
